Event Time: 8:30-1:00pm
 
We would like to offer your business/group the opportunity to participate in the fun while putting your marketing dollars to work too! For participation your company will select one of the offered game booths and provide staff/volunteers to work/ perform at the booth. In addition you will have the opportunity to provide information to the families about your business/group in a small handout for the adults. Another opportunity offers a cash sponsorship with no volunteering or staffing required and company name will be posted at event location. 

Game Sponsorship is free and only requires you provide people to run the game during the event.
 
In addition to reaching out to potential customers, company visibility and supporting the community, MGCO will also list your company as a sponsor on our website and through email. 

Thank you for participating in the Breakfast/Lunch with Santa Event sponsored by Maple Grove Community Organization (MGCO). The event will take place on December 3rd, at Maple Grove Community Center; 12951 Weaver Lake Rd, Maple Grove, MN 55369. Event is schedule 8:30am-1:00pm for children ages 2-8 and their families. Please arrive no later than 7:45am, or earlier if needed, and be ready by 8:15pm. This is a pre-registration only event with a cap of 150 kids per time slot for a total of 300 kids.

Sponsor Contract deadline November 21st.

There will be 2 time slots for kids to attend.

  • Breakfast: 8:30-10:30am
  • Lunch:       11:00-1:00pm

COVID-19 Current Precautions

 Due to Covid-19 precautions, we will be doing pre-registration only at this time for this event. Please keep in mind other restrictions/ordinances/recommendations in effect from the state or other local governments will be honored. We will also be monitoring any new rules as they happen and may change certain aspects of the event as needed. Please be aware that even after registering, we may need to alter things to stay compliant and create a safe outdoor event.
