16th Annual Halloween Family Fun Day

Show up to Sponsor by Volunteering at the Event running a game!!

Event Time: 12:30-4:00pm
 
We would like to offer your business/organization the opportunity to participate in the fun while putting your marketing dollars to work too!  For participation your business/organization will select one of the offered game booths and provide staff/volunteers to work/perform at the booth. In addition you will have the opportunity to provide information to the families about your business/organization in a small handout for the adults.  Sponsorship at the event running a game is FREE and your sponsorship donation is your time. At each activity/game booth you will provide a trick or treat (trinket, product or candy) for the children.  Another opportunity offers a cash sponsorship with no volunteering or staffing required and company name will be posted at event location. All sponsors are expected to stay for the whole duration of the event and games may not start taking down till 4:00pm. Please keep in mind your primary responsibility is running the game during the event. It is recommended that all groups have at lease 2 people working at the game so 1 person can run the the game and 1 person can work on marketing to the parents.
 
In addition to reaching out to potential customers, company visibility and supporting the community, MGCO will also list your company as a sponsor on our website.

Thank you for participating in the Halloween Family Fun Event sponsored by Maple Grove Community Organization (MGCO). The 2024 event date is Saturday, October 19 and again held at Weaver Lake Park; 8401 Maple Grove Pkwy, Maple Grove, MN 55311. Event is schedule 12:30-4:00pm for children ages 2-8 and their families. Please arrive no later than 11:30, or earlier if needed, and be ready by 12:00pm. Once again, we are selling advance wristbands to help identify the numbers participating; our goal is 500 children.

Sponsor Contract deadline October 4.

There will be 2 time slots for kids to attend. This will help even attendance levels during the event.
