Please join us for the 15th Annual Maple Grove Days Showcase Silent Auction
Wednesday-Saturday, July 12-15, 2023
We will once again be hosting an Online Silent Auction that will begin Wednesday, July 12th and run until Saturday, July 15th! The Online Auction will be an excellent display of articles offering convenient and creative ways to promote your business. A variety of items have been offered in the past, for example, artistic pieces, restaurant services, hotel services, travel packages, books, sports memorabilia, sports tickets, spa services, salons, places of entertainment, photography sessions, and so much more (Alcoholic drinks cannot be donated, but gift cards for them can). The auction has developed increased popularity over the years and has many returning Maple Grove residents, so you do not want to miss this opportunity. We always have an amazing turnout and our online option this year will be able to reach out to our community even more!
We encourage organizations to provide donations with a value of $25 or more. Donors can provide a photo of their donation for the auction. You can include coupons, business cards, and/or brochures to accompany the item as a way to draw more interest to your donation as well as your organization.

The Maple Grove Days Guide (30,000 copies) will be mailed to all Maple Grove residents that includes a list of all donors to the Maple Grove Days Silent Auction. The deadline for the guide sponsor page is May 14, 2023. You can still donate up to the week of the Maple Grove Days Silent Auction! We will be showcasing our sponsors on the website (MGCO.org) and Facebook page (Maple Grove Days) along with other social media and of course sharing with other groups! It will be great advertising, while generously supporting our Community!
The proceeds from the Maple Grove Days Silent Auction will be donated to support Maple Grove Days.

Note: We are also seeking donations of small denomination gift cards (e.g. $5) or merchandise to be given out as prizes at various Maple Grove Days events. If you would like to donate prizes, please use this same application form and note in the Item Description that your donation includes prizes.
