This is ONLY for Political Units wanting to join the Maple Grove Days Parade
Joining us as a Maple Grove Days Parade Political Unit is a great way to be part of Maple Grove Days. Political Units get the opportunity to start off the parade in front of all the other units. This grants the ability to meet with families as you make your way down the Maple Grove Days Parade Route… but don’t delay too long because the Parade Color Guard is about 20 minutes behind you.

DISTRIBUTION OF ITEMS TO PARADE SPECTATORS
Due to safety concerns – NO items (including water or candy) may be thrown to parade spectators from vehicles. Spectators have been injured by being hit by thrown objects. All items must be handed to the parade spectators by participants walking along the white lines on the sides of the road. Do not give out items in a manner that entices children/spectators to enter the street!
