The amazing aroma that permeates across the festival is the “best ever” steamed sweet corn at the Corn Feed sponsored by the Maple Grove Lions.

The Maple Grove Lions are part of Lions International, the world’s largest service organization. Since 1963, the Lions have enhanced and served the Maple Grove community in many ways: by providing hearing and vision support to residents in need; building the Maple Grove Community Center marquee, picnic pavilion, playground and lion’s head water fountain; and by supporting the District 279 Foundation and its schools. The Lions have provided emergency defibrillators for every Maple Grove Police Department squad car as well as police bicycles and working room exercise equipment, and the Fire Department has received infrared heat scopes.
