Cornhole Tournament
Teams of two players. Each team member must be 18 years of age or older. Entry fees shall be refunded if the event is cancelled due to inclement weather. In consideration of the entry being accepted, I hereby, for myself, heirs, executors and administrators to the extent permitted by law, hereby agrees to protect, indemnify, defend and hold harmless the City of Maple Grove and Maple Grove Community Organization (MGCO), Associated Groups any respective officers, employees, agencies, insurers, volunteers, other official sponsors from any liability against all claims, losses, damages, persons injury or worse, property and costs (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or connected with or participation in events associated
with Maple Grove Days, including, but not limited to: the set-up, removal, maintenance, occupancy or use of the property, owned or rented by MGCO, the City of Maple Grove and its affiliates, or as a result of traveling to or from the event, except those claims arising out of the sole negligence or willful misconduct of MGCO. I further state I am in proper physical condition to compete in the Cornhole Tournament and I am an amateur athlete.
