About the parade Proposal
Maple Grove Days Parade
Please join us for the 33rd Maple Grove Days Parade
Thursday July 11, 2024 @ 6:30pm
We are limited to the number of units we can include in the parade. Accordingly, we have designed a selection process that allows us to provide the public with a balanced and entertaining parade. Each proposal will be placed into a specific category. Selection in each category will be based on the entertainment value of the proposal. It is very important to provide a detailed description of your proposal as this will be taken into account during the selection process. Other criteria for the parade acceptance will include whether the applicant is a sponsor of Maple Grove Days.
Be sure to get in your proposal early. The submission deadline is April 30.
In mid-May, you will receive an email notifying if you have been accepted. If selected, payment instructions will be included. In early June, you will receive your parade line-up number along with specific participant information, route information and a map with parking locations.

When you apply you will receive an email confirming your application has been received. This is only a confirmation of receipt of application and not a confirmation you are in the parade. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder. If you still do not have a confirmation email, your application was not successfully submitted.
Payment will not be accepted at the same time as the application. The payment process will come at a later date once you have been notified your parade unit has been selected to participate in the parade.
If you are selected to be in the parade, you will receive the Parade Confirmation Form in May that requires additional information to be submitted.
Sponsors: Elite/Diamond/Platinum/Gold/Silver/Bronze Sponsors
You do not need to fill out this form. You will receive the confirmation form in May.
Business/Organization Parade Proposal
We are no longer accepting parade applications for the 2022 Maple Grove Days Parade. We will soon be sending out the Parade Confirmation Form to units to fill out. We know there are some groups that have requested an application and haven’t had time to fill it out yet. You will be sent the confirmation form instead.
